Kur has been with the Devils two seasons - playing in their 2017 premiership side.
Although Darley has refused his first clearance application, Kur appears destined to get to St Albans with the Devils talking about having readymade replacements for the big man.
The former Northern Blues VFL-listed player is not new to the WRFL.
Kur played a handful of games with Hoppers Crossing in 2014 and Wyndhamvale in 2017 before crossing to Darley mid-season and forcing his way into the premiership team.
Kur twice became embroiled in controversy in the Ballarat Football League last year.
AFL Victoria country's appeal board upheld an appeal by Kur against a kneeing charge and two-match suspension - clearing him of the charge which arose after a Ballarat Football League investigation into a post-match on-field incident at Darley Park on Saturday, June 30.
Kur had been facing deregistration by AFL Victoria before the successful appeal.
The ban would have meant Kur had been suspended for 16 matches since turning 16 years-old - the number of games at which under AFL Victoria rules a player is automatically deregistered.
He also had a second appeal to AFL Victoria upheld post-season, when he had a one-match ban over half-time incident in the preliminary final overturned.
Kur was instead given a reprimand.
