The Highlanders were undefeated throughout the 13/under reserve competition, winning the final 14-11 against the South West District girls.
Central Highlands fielded two other teams at the championships, which was held in Warrnambool.
The 17/under championship side played hard all day but finished outside the top four with two wins and seven losses. The 15/under reserves outfit finished runners-up to Warrnambool and District, which won the decider 12-8.
The Ballarat Football Netball League and Ballarat Netball Association also had teams take part in the western zone carnival.
BFNL was beaten in the semi-finals of the 13/under and 15/under championship divisions and in the final of the 17/under championships grade.
The BNA finished runners-up in the 13/under championship competition and lost in the semi-finals of the 15/under and 17/under championship leagues.
Mininera and District and Maryborough Castlemaine District were other local leagues to be represented on Sunday.
The Mininera and District girls made semi-finals in both the 13/under and 15/under reserve grades, while the Maryborough Castlemaine District was unable to reach any finals.
