Beer, Beef & Bourbon at the Red Lion Hotel will showcase locally farmed beef from Waubra by Sinclair's Meats and will prove an evening not to be missed.
The night will include four courses, perfectly matched with beers and bourbons.
Tickets are valued at $95 but thanks to The Courier and Plate Up Ballarat, you have the opportunity to go along for free.
The evening will be held on Tuesday, May 28 from 6pm-9pm and we have two double-passes to give away.
