"This year's bazaar will be held for the first time at the recently-reopened Ballarat Civic Hall," event director Malcolm Roberts says.
"We are thrilled to be holding our annual event at the Civic Hall, restored to its former glory. The bazaar will be a drawcard for Ballarat over the long weekend. Visitors will be treated to an eclectic array of antiques, beautiful china and silver, exquisite linens and vintage fashions.
"In the past, visitors and collectors have found an unexpected treasure and a bargain or two, Mr Roberts says.
"Most of us have a touch of nostalgia, from time to time, when we browse through a treasure trove of collectables that never go out of style. They add texture, energy, and personality to a modern décor".
Mr Roberts said he encourages everyone to return for a second and third fossick.
The entry fee of $5 allows attendees to return as often as they want and gives a discount on Devonshire tea - tea or coffee, sandwiches and soup.
The 2019 Queen's Birthday Weekend Ballarat Antique Bazaar will be open from 10 am on each of the three days of the holiday.
