The 29-year-old has put pen to paper to continue in the role he first took on at the conclusion of the 2017 campaign.
Back then he took over from Steve Biggin, who guided the senior team to 10th spot on the ladder.
Willox and the Lakies finished 10th last year and currently sit ninth on the ladder after the opening nine rounds of the current season.
A former player at Redan and premiership coach at Wickliffe-Lake Bolac, Willox played the early part of his senior career at Learmonth.
He said he was pleased to remain in the coaching role and believed the future was bright with the young talent at the club.
Club vice-president Steve Griffin said Willox had a great rapport with those young players.
"We are still a chance for the top eight and still focusing on finals, but really we are focusing on the future as well," he said.
Learmonth will come up against Bungaree on Saturday looking to bounce back from two-straight losses against Waubra and Skipton.
