She captained the Greater Western Victoria Rebels this year and is one of six Vic Country players in the side.
Molan averaged 16 disposals, 2.8 clearances and 5.2 tackles a game in the national championships.
She will debut for Western Bulldogs against NT Thunder in the VFLW at Mars Stadium on Saturday at 2pm.
