The reigning premier regains midfielders Matt Johnston, Billy Jones and Daniel Semmens, defenders Jesse Baird and Lucas Dahlenburg, and ruckman Jaykeb Lench.
Bustling all-rounder Clay Bilney is the only player left out with injury, with the Roos choosing to rest him in the hope of having him fit for the second week of finals.
The inclusions make East Point a much tougher proposition than the line-up it lost to Darley with before a bye in the last home and away round.
Baird is an important inclusion to face the Burra.
The versatile defender has been one of the recruits of the year in the BFL as an ulta-consistent performer.
He has not played for a month - being out for two games and the bye - since injuring a knee against North Ballarat City.
Baird had real concerns on the day, but escaped serious damage.
Jones is back from concussion suffered against Sebastopol three rounds ago and Semmens after knee trouble, while Dahlenburg and Johnston were managed to ensure he would be right for this week.
Lench is another big addition after serving a two-match suspension.
His absence left East Point's ruck stocks badly depleted and his return was essential to take on Sebastopol's Toby Thoolen.
As expected, Sebastopol has made just the one change.
Brett Goodes is back for the injured James Keeble (hamstring), who has been left out largely as a precautionary move.
Goodes slots back into the forward line after missing two games.
REDAN coach Jarrett Giampaolo says the Lions have no fears about facing Darley on its home patch in a Ballarat Football League elimination final on Saturday.
"Yes, people might thinking playing Darley at (its) home gives them a huge advantage, but our players aren't afraid to head down there and give it a red hot crack," he said.
"We really back the list we're going to put out there to give it a red-hot shake.
"We believe we have the talent to match them.
"It's just going to be finals football, as to who brings the intensity for the longest," he said
Giampaolo said getting back to its best form was all about belief.
"We put it the players on Tuesday (night at training), do they believe they can got out and win? They all do."
Redan will be searching to rediscover its early season sparkling form, which had it unbeaten in its first five outings and a game clear on top with just the one defeat after nine rounds.
In that run the Lions had the better of Sunbury, Sebastopol and East Point.
Giampaolo said Redan had spent time looking at what had made it successful at the start of the year and convincing the players they were still capable of producing that type of form.
"The side hasn't changed a lot from the start of the season. The cattle is still there. We've just gone away from small things that made us a really good side."
Saturday marks the return to finals for Redan after missing out last season for the first time since 2008.
When they last made the top six in 2017 the Lions defeated Sunbury in an elimination final, but lost to Lake Wendouree in the first semi-final.
Redan last met Darley in the play-offs in 2015, losing in the second-semi-final.
That is the only time the Devils have beaten Redan in a final - losing in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2014.
The Lions are hoping to maintain that dominance.
Redan did not provide any surprises despite making five changes at the selection table on Thursday night.
Orren Stephenson, Lachie George and Dean Chester all return, while youngsters Cooper Atchison and GWV Rebels-listed Cooper Craig-Peters have also been regained. George is back after a one-match suspension.
Stephenson's return should give Redan a decisive advantage in the ruck - the weakest element in Darley's make-up - and provide the Lions with a chance to get the better of the Devils' hot midfield.
Darley is unchanged.
SUNBURY has maintained it rotation of players for Sunday's clash with Melton in a Ballarat Football League elimination final at Darley Park.
The Lions have made four changes to the side which made light work of Bacchus Marsh.
Coach Travis Hodgson has called up Ben Guthrie, Tom Werner and Trent Stead, as well as welcoming back captain Andrew Duhau after suspension.
Guthrie, Werner and Stead have been in and out of the side all season, with eight, eight and seven senior appearances respectively.
Sunbury remains without AFL Victoria country squad member Jack Landt (hamstring) and Dylan Landt, who is playing with Essendon in the VFL.
Melton is clear of any major injury worries,
The Bloods get back star midfielder Shaun Campbell after being unavailable for one week and Daniel Walker for his first senior outing since breaking an arm against Sebastopol in round 12.

QUALIFYING FINAL
EAST POINT v SEBASTOPOL
At Eastern Oval
Saturday, 2.15pm
2019 HEAD-TO-HEAD
Round 4: Roos 11.14 (80) d Burra 7.7 (49) at Eastern Oval
Round 16: Roos 10.16 (76) d Burra 4.10 (34) at Marty Busch Reserve
EAST POINT (1st, 11 wins, 5 losses): the reigning premier and minor premier for the second year in a row.
What a ride the Roos have enjoyed over the two seasons.
They have not been quite as dominant this time round, but it is hard to fault what they have done.
And coach Jake Bridges has manufactured it despite a constant run of injuries, which have impacted on and off on some of East Point's most influential players, including the likes of Paul Koderenko, Daniel Semmens, Cam Lovig, Jesse Baird, Matt Johnston, Billy Jones, Bryson McDougall, Mitch Tuddenham, Chris Carson and Dallas Martin.
However, its depth has on most occasions enabled it to find a way.
The Roos are a big game performer and expect the same again.
SEBASTOPOL (2nd, 11 wins, 5 losses): the moment Burra loyalists have been waiting for for so long has arrived.
Sebastopol's best has been good as anyone and now it is time to see if it can reproduce under the pressure of finals.
East Point has been the Burra's bogey side in coach Leigh Hutchinson's two-year reign. It is yet to win in four encounters. Hutchinson is not fazed though.
He believes they can bridge the gap - especially now that they are playing with more freedom in attack.
Sebastopol is one of the best defensive outfits and this will be pivotal to its chances.

ELIMINATION FINAL
DARLEY v REDAN
At Darley Park
Saturday, 2.15pm
2019 HEAD-TO-HEAD
Round 10: Devils 10.11 (71) d Lions 4.4 (28) at Darley Park
DARLEY (3rd, 11 wins, 5 losses): Darley at Darley. How tough is that.
The Devils are unbeaten at home this season and they cannot wait to play another final in front of a home crowd.
Darley has taken basically all season to get its number one combination on the park - coach Heath Scotland, Brian Graham and Nick Graham all absentees at various time - but it does now when it counts most.
Darley has an elite top end and this has just kept getting stronger with the return of Leigh Spitieri mid-season and then late the comeback of classy, but injury-riddled Brad Inglis.
Nothing ever waivers the Devils from the task at hand. They are on the march.
REDAN (6th, 10 wins, 6 losses): the end of home and away season could hardly have gone worse for the Lions.
Two weeks ago they had the chance to go to the top of the ladder, but back-to-back losses now sees them facing a massive test.
One thing is for sure, Redan will improve markedly on a forgettable 70-point loss to Melton last outing.
Although the loss of Shaun Grigg is disappointing, getting back players of the calibre of Orren Stephenson, Lachie George and Dean Chester is huge.
They will have a massive impact, with their presence alone alongside Liam Hoy, Grant Bell, Pat Britt, Lachie McLean, Blake Thomson and Dean Mathews a big morale booster.

ELIMINATION FINAL
SUNBURY v MELTON
At Darley Park,
Sunday, 2.15pm
2019 HEAD-TO-HEAD
Round 6: Lions 13.16 (94) d Bloods 7.10 (52) at Clarke Oval
Round 16: Bloods 6.13 (49) d Lions 3.13 (31) at MacPherson Park
SUNBURY (4th, 11 wins, 5 losses): from the day the Lions joined the BFL in 1997 they have set a high standard. So when they missed finals for the first time last year it hurt.
Getting back into the top six was crucial for new coach Travis Hodgson in his first year back at his home club.
Sunbury has been a sleeper this year. It has gradually worked its up the table and at the end there was disappointment with missing the double chance.
Just making finals will not be a pass mark and the Lions' biggest hurdle is getting a win away from home.
Their strength sits with Mitch Conn, Alik Magin, Lachie Bramble and Grant Valles.
They are the class factor and need to fire and lead the way.
MELTON (5th, 10 wins, 6 losses): the expectations were always going to be high for the Bloods after getting so close in last year's grand final.
Making it happen though is another thing and coach Aaron Tymms agrees that it has taken Melton most of the season to get the momentum it needs for a successful finals campaign.
The Bloods have the most even line-up of any of the finalists. They do not have a lot game-breakers.
It is all about contributions across the board. Stability has also been important with 12 players chalking up 15 or 16 games.
The Bloods are for the battle. The more dour, the better.
