Make Your Move Ballarat, an event from an alliance of health and well-being services across the city, is all-but-booked out for Saturday morning at Barkley Square. Organisers managed a second small release of tickets after an initial 180 tickets were snatched up.
The event coincides with Women's Health Week will showcase a wide range active recreation classes, modified sports and health advice to give women a taste of what was available to explore across the region.
Guest speakers include This Girl Can ambassador Deb Clark, known for her Deb v Doubt story of stepping up to walk more and face her fear of being heckled.
