A new science and information technology centre with general purpose classrooms was completed mid-2018, while a new food technology centre with general purpose classrooms was opened for student use in April.
The art wing has also undergone refurbishment, with some painting and flooring work yet to be completed.
The upgrade work really does provide modern facilities that gives students the best possible chance to engage and succeed in their learning.

The demolition of outdated buildings has opened up landscaped space for outdoor learning and socialising, while surfacing work on new outdoor sports courts is expected to be completed in late September or early October.
Beaufort Secondary College principal Karl Schier said students and staff were enjoying teaching and learning in the new spaces.
"The upgrade work really does provide modern facilities that gives students the best possible chance to engage and succeed in their learning," he said.
"The students are proud to be learning in a modern environment where they can see they are cared for in terms of the facilities they have access to."
Around 200 students are currently enrolled at Beaufort Secondary College.
Mr Schier said the new facilities would cater for the school's expected growth.
"Our enrollment numbers are strong but Beaufort is growing as a community as well," he said.
"We are maintaining our student numbers and experiencing some growth. In some other rural locations that can be difficult for schools.
"To have new quality facilities combined with quality teaching and learning right through from early childhood, primary and secondary is a huge advantage for our local community."
Beaufort's early childhood centre, primary school and secondary school is now located on the one site as a community education hub.
State Member for Western Victoria Jaala Pulford visited Beaufort Secondary College on Wednesday morning to officially open the new facilities.
The construction and upgrade work was completed with $5 million state government funding.
