The Geelong Cougars have announced its some big inclusions to its 19/under team, which includes four Ballarat Netball League players ahead of the start of the Victorian Netball League season.
North Ballarat City premiership trio Madison Selmon, Remi Hooper and Poppy Douglass will feature in the side as well as former 19/under premiership player with Lake Wendouree Charlotte Todd.
Both Todd and Selmon played in the side last season where the group advanced to the preliminary finals before ultimately bowing out in an 18-goal loss to the eventual grand final winning City West Falcons.
Douglass, who was signed by Geelong in 2018 but didn't register a game for the Cougars, will be looking to impress in the upcoming season.
The 16-year-old is coming off an impressive year with North, winning a pair of premierships as part as both the A-grade and 17/Under side while also being chosen as part of an Australian representative camp in Canberra.
The side also features new coach Damian Stephenson.
