Staff arrived on work on Monday morning to discover thieves had ransacked through the premises.
It comes just days after the supermarket announced a special fundraiser for the purchase of a brand new defibrillator after it was stolen from out the front of the supermarket in the past six weeks.

Owner-manager Dianne Hill said it was another kick in the teeth for the small community supermarket.
"They've smashed the front door in and have ripped a smoke stand off the wall and helped themselves to some of the goods," Ms Hill said.
"There's a huge crack in the front window and last time we had to get it fixed, it cost us about $2000, so I'm expecting it to be similar again.
"At this stage, we're not sure how much stock we've lost, we won't really know until the deliveries come in and we realise what we need.
"We're not too sure if it's the same people that came last time. Perhaps they were scoping out the place last time and decided to come in."
This Thursday, the IGA is holding a special fundraiser to hopefully raise enough money for a new defibrillator to be installed.
The one that was stolen is understood to be the town's only 24-hour accessible machine.
"We've had Quigley & Clarke Cafe donate 50c from every coffee sold and they've already given us $110 from that, fortunately none of that was on the premises," she said.
"The town people have been just wonderful, we've had people come off the street and just give us a $50 note to go towards it. It's really brought everyone together."
The full-day fundraiser will be held on Thursday where staff will dress up as part of Halloween celebrations, while a sausage sizzle run by the golf club and giveaways will be part of the day.
The supermarket hopes to raise upwards of $3000 needed to buy the defibrillator.
Police said they were for two men following the overnight burglary.
"Investigators have been told the men forced open the front doors of the premises on Service Street about 1.40am," a police spokesperson said.
"They broke open a cigarette cabinet and stole a number of cigarette packets.
"The two offenders fled in a dark coloured vehicle when the owner of the shop arrived."
Anyone with information about the overnight break in or information regarding the stolen defibrillator is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Moorabool Police on 5366 4500.
