Henry returned to the club midway through 2019 after a brief stint with Caroline Springs George Cross in an FFV state league one competition.
He played a handful of games for Vikings at an FFV state league three level before getting sidelined after injuring his acromioclavicular joint.
Henry has been the club's first-choice keeper for a number of years and has proven popular among fans.
He was the club's best and fairest runner-up in 2018.
Henry's signing is one of many in recent days, with the club also acquiring the signatures of club captain Marcus Lynch and reigning club best and fairest winner Kyle Cushion. Pietro Angeli also returned.
The club finished in tenth place on the Football Victoria state league three north-west ladder in 2019.
