Ballarat's Katrina Werry and fellow former head of the lake rower Lucy Stephan are members of the Australian female crew of the year for a third consecutive year.

They were members of the world championship winning women's four with also featured Sarah Hawe and Olympia Aldersey.
Aldersey said it was an amazing award to win.
"The whole team is strong and it's very hard to differentiate between us all.
"This really is everyone's award, the whole women's team have been sensational this season," she said.
The women's four of Molly Goodman, Hawe, Werry and Stephan took out the honour in 2017 and 2018.
Werry, Stephan, Hawe and Goodman were also a finalist for the world rowing women's crew of the year, announced in London.
The award went to New Zealand lightweight women's double scull of Zoe McBride and Jackie Kiddle.
Australia's Kim Brennan took out the Thomas Keller Medal for her outstanding contribution to rowing as a competitor and as a sports personality.
