Buninyong will welcome back two capable players as it attempts to break a two-game losing streak in the Ballarat Cricket Association.
All-rounder Michael Flynn and batsman Stuart Squire will enter the side for the Bunnies' one-day clash with with Napolean-Seabstopol on Saturday.
Buninyong captain Liam Brady said the club would be close to full-strength for the first time in a number of weeks.
"Hopefully we can put our best foot forward and perform well, he said.
Cameron Gell was left out of the side due to unavailability, while Kade Wells will go back to second grade.
After losing its previous two games to top-end clubs Wendouree and Darley, Brady said the club would maintain caution against bottom-placed Naps-Sebas.
"They've got some handy players and you can't afford to take anyone lightly," he said.
Elsewhere Brown Hill will enter its clash with Mt Clear without the services of top-order batsman Ryan Knowles.
Brown Hill co-captain Matthew Sandford said he would be a massive loss against the competition's second-placed side.
"His form has been good, it's a bit unlucky for us because he's our best bat," he said.
Kane Leathem will re-enter the team, who has proven handy behind the wicket in his first year at the club.
Sandford said the 30-year-old was capable with the bat also.
After losing to Mt Clear in round one of the competition, Sandford said the Bulls were starting to click.
Top-placed Darley reported no changes ahead of its clash with Ballarat-Redan.
Coach Brian Wheelahan confirmed Hayden Jamieson would remain in the club's first-eleven while Lachlan Herring continued to build his form in second grade.
"He wont be too far away from getting back in the first-eleven," Wheelahan said.
North Ballarat will be without bowler Sam Jackson in its clash against East Ballarat.
Jason Crosbie will come in following a solid knock of 29 against Darley in second-grade.
Meanwhile East Ballarat will be bolstered by the return of bowler Oliver Hayes and Tom Walton.
Third-placed Wendouree will welcome back first-grade talents Jack peeters Ryan Simmonds in its match against Golden Point.
The Pointies reported no changes ahead of Saturday, with captain Josh White saying the club would need to win to stay in touch with the top four.
He said dismissing Wendouree openers Cole Roscholler and Sam Miller would be vital to keeping the Red Caps in check.
