EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a fatal hit run collision in which a cyclist was killed at Horsham earlier this morning.

Emergency services were called to Dimboola Road following reports of a collision between a vehicle and cyclist about 6.30am.
Just after 8am Ambulance Victoria issued a statement that paramedics were treating the cyclist for head injuries and that he was in a critical condition.
However, police have since confirmed a 24-year-old Horsham man, the cyclist, had died. The Major Collision Investigation unit is in attendance.
The Department of Transport has advised that the Western Highway at Horsham is closed in both directions between Obrees Road and Jenkinson Avenue while emergency services work.
Melbourne bound traffic is being detoured along the Nhill-Harrow Road, Natimuk-Francis Road and the Wimmera Highway.
Adelaide-bound traffic is asked to detour along Kalkee Road and the Borung Highway.
The highway will re-open to traffic once investigations are complete.
The accident brings the state's road toll to 259 deaths this year, compared to 205 in 2018.
Police urge anyone who witnessed the collision, who has information or dash cam footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
