The male sergeants were charged with one count of unauthorised disclosure of information from the Law Enforcement Assistance Program (LEAP) online database.
The database contains information about all crimes, missing people and family incidents, while giving locations and details of people involved.
The other sergeant was from a specialist unit.
In a statement, police say the officers have been "transferred to other duties".
The officers have been summoned to appear at a magistrates' court at a later date.
