The 19-year-old opened her career tally with a double at Nhill on Boxing Day and combined with trainer Mick Sell to get La Maestra over the line in the Grow Better Garden Products BM52 Handicap (1000m).
Bull said it was a great thrill to ride in front of a big New Year's Day crowd.
"It's probably the biggest crowd I've ridden in front of and it's something you love to do, getting to ride in pretty much your home town. I'm only 20 minutes down the road so it's something you dream of as a kid," she told The Courier.
"I've always wanted to be a jockey and finally I've been able to live the dream and it's nice to get my third win on the board."
La Maestra beat runner-up Boomshake The Room (Paul Banks/Alana Kelly) and third-placed Elusive Shine (Nicole Dickson/Yoko Ota).
Young Ballarat jockey Alana Kelly won a race at Burrumbeet in 2019 and was back in the winner's circle on Wednesday.
Twice in fact.
Kelly partnered George Osborne's Uptown Lilly to victory in the Mt Misery Sand and Soil BM64 Handicap (1350m) and then backed it up shortly after with Zai Bu Zai, which produced a brilliant win in the McKinnon Seed Cleaning BM52 Handicap (1350m).
"It's a little highlight for country racing, especially around this part of the country," Kelly said.
"I really enjoy it, the atmosphere is great for the community."
Five-year-old Uptown Lilly set a brand new 1350m Burrumbeet track record time of 1:18.80min with her three-and-a-half length triumph over Mitch Freedman-trained Hard Up.
