One amazing revelation of some of some of the before and after footage is just how much has changed in a single year in Ballarat.
As predicted, it was always going to be the year of the big build across the region and 2020 is shaping up to be similar.
So it is worth taking some time out from all the other issues and woes troubling our world, to reflect on how far as a city we have come in the first two decades of the 21st century.
The achievements (and failures ) offer great insight into what we have become and perhaps more importantly what we can be, not only over the next two decades of growth but into this century.
