Miller made 42 and Roscholler 29 as the Vics chased down South Australia's total of 185 with five wickets in hand.
The result has placed Victoria in a great spot to reach the final of the tournament.
The Vics are inside the top two positions on the ladder heading into Friday's last pool game against New South Wales.
Overall, Miller has made 205 runs at an average of 25.6, while Roscholler has made 137 at 27.4.
Both players will miss Wendouree's match against Mt Clear this Saturday.
In the ACCC women's division, former Ballarat player Emma Lynch and her Victorian side finished second last on the table.
The team will take on Western Australia in a play-off clash on Friday.
Lynch has made 115 runs during the competition at an average of 23.
