The first grade semi-final will see Mt Clear take on Golden Point at Eastern Oval on January 30, while Darley will play East Ballarat the following day at the same location.
Second grade will see Coronet City play Dunnstown at Northern Oval on January 31, while Ballan will take on Ballarat-Redan at Alfredton oval the same day.
Both Darley and Mt Clear finished undefeated in the in the first grade Twenty20 competition with two wins a piece.
Golden Point and East Ballarat snuck into the final two spots based on superior run-rates ahead of Wendouree and Brown Hill.
Coronet City was the only undefeated team in second grade, while seven teams which finished with two wins.
Ballan and Ballarat-Redan also claimed the third and fourth spots based on superior run-rate.
BCA coordinator Greg Wakeling said grand final host grounds were still being confirmed.
