The month ahead continues the summer tradition of fine music with a selection of treats across the month.
On Saturday evening, February 1 at 8pm, the Cologne Chamber Orchestra returns to the Ballarat Central Uniting Church for its annual visit. This ensemble has been entertaining audiences with their brilliant playing of the great classics. The group will play the same program at the Daylesford Christ church on Tuesday January 28.
The Art Gallery of Ballarat will have a busy February, starting with the Seraphim Trio playing Mozart K542 and Beethoven Op.121a and Op.97 on Tuesday 11th at 7.30pm.
The Song Company will perform their "Cries of Justice" programme in the gallery on Monday, 17th at 7.30pm.
The Women's Association "Last Sunday of the Month" series will feature "Enduring Classics", commencing at 2.30pm on Sunday 1st of March.
On Sunday 9th February, at 2pm, in the Ballarat Mechanics Institute, the Carlo Aonzo Trio will perform their programme of Folk/Blues. This concert is promoted by the Ballarat Italian Association.
