The Two Swords prevailed by three runs in the decider against Dunnstown under lights at the Eastern Oval.
Ballarat-Redan batted first and thanks to handy scores from Greg Wakeling (29) and Lucas Hodgetts (25) was able to reach a respectable 124 before being bowled out on the second last ball of the innings.
The target was certainly a reachable one for the Towners, which worked their way to a scenario where they needed about 11 off the last over for victory.
However, the Two Swords bowlers did enough to restrict the chasing side, which could only reach 6-121 at the end of 20 overs.
Veteran paceman Simon Allan was brilliant with the ball, finishing with figures of 4-24.
Ballarat-Redan's triumph came after a semi-final win over Ballan, while the Towners defeated Coronet City to make the play-off game.
In the coming weeks, Darley will look to claim the Ballarat Cricket Association division one Twenty20 crown on its home turf.
The club has been gifted a home grand final and will take on Mt Clear on Sunday, March 1.
A stunning unbeaten century from West Indies import Danza Hyatt helped Darley defeat East Ballarat in the semis, while the Mounties were too good for Golden Point.
