The Pod Squad founder was first across the line in the 120-metre masters sprint at the Ballarat Gift Carnival on Sunday.
He edged out runner-up Brendan Bailey and Daniel Martin to finish with a time of 12.767 seconds, off an 11-metre handicap.
O'Dwyer ran down Bailey, who started with a 27-metre handicap to finish in a time of 12.944.
Martin rounded out the podium in third place in a time of 13.016, off a 12.75 metre mark.
O'Dwyer fended off four Stawell Gift finalists to emphatically win the $40,000 Come to Life Ballarat Gift in 2010.
