Held at the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre on Wednesday, a total of 36 teams competed in the event.
In the boys' division, the final was an all Grammar affair with Gold taking on Blue.
Gold's Harry Bentley defeated Hugh Myers 6-3 before Tom Faull lost to Blue's Hugh Miller 3-6 to leave the match at one set apiece.
Gold then secured victory when Bentley and Faull beat Myers and Miller 6-1 in the doubles.
The girls' final saw Ballarat Clarendon College Black beat Ballarat Grammar Gold in straight sets.
College's Sabrina Gauci defeated Lucy Alcock 6-3 and teammate Ruby Pierce beat Kate Mitchell 6-3 to secure the title.
