The all-rounder played his 200th game for the club during a 49-run win over Ballarat-Redan in Alfredton on Saturday.
While a 14-run effort in day one of the encounter the week prior didn't provide much excitement, George made day two worth remembering with an impressive effort with the ball.
The leg spinner bowled eleven overs in the club's winning effort, taking two wickets for 33 runs and two maidens.
The effort added to an impressive list of achievements for George, who has played for the club for over a decade.
As a first-grade premiership player in 2007/08, George has scored over 3000 runs for the club and taken almost 250 wickets.
A renowned clubman, he has served on the club committee numerous years and helped organise many social functions.
George is in the midst of a successful season with Mt Clear, which sit second on the BCA competition table.
The club will take on defending premier East Ballarat this weekend in what will be the final regular-season fixture before finals.
Meanwhile Wendouree's Gavin Webb also celebrated his 200th game on Saturday in his club's loss to Darley at Darley Park.
The Red Caps bowled the table-toppers out for 160, but was unable to account for the total in the second innings. Wendouree was bowled out for 93.
