Olivia Leonard made her NAB-League debut alongside her older sister Chloe in the Rebels' five-point victory over the Sandringham Dragons at City Oval.

Lining up at full-back, she finished with seven disposals and three kicks, earning the praise of her older sister.

"It's only her third year of footy and she's picked it up very quickly," Chloe, who is also the captain said.

"She did very well, I'm proud of her."

Chloe and Olivia played club football together at the Ballarat Swans before getting selected into the Rebels program.

Olivia said her first NAB-League hit-out won't be something she'll soon forget.

"It was really fun today, it's a bit quicker than club footy and a bit tougher, but it's good experience."

The Rebels erased a double deficit margin to jump to an undefeated record on the NAB-League ladder.

Chloe said it was a great team effort in which everyone played their part.

Olivia said she was excited for the year ahead.

"I'm proud of Chloe for getting the captaincy and it's good to be able to play together. I know if I need any advice I can always ask her," she said.
