And he's ready to carry them out in the upcoming NBL1 South season.
"Just to obliterate teams," he said.
"Just to kill their confidence and take their souls.
"Those sorts of things."
The six-foot-eight inch forward did all that and more at the Ballarat Basketball Senior Tournament over the weekend.
Taking to his new surroundings, the American top scored in all but one game for the side - saving his best for the men's premier division grand final at the Ballarat Sports and Events Centre on Monday.
His comfort was illustrated by a thunderous right-hand dunk in the lane, which shook the very foundation of centre-court.
The jam capped off a 26-point performance for Billups, who led the Miners to a 75-53 victory over Keysborough.
"My goal is to win and I can see already that I'm going to enjoy my time here in Ballarat," he told The Courier after the match.
"I've yet to see all that Ballarat has to offer, but I'm adjusting and I see that it's going to be an interesting year.
"I can tell the fans are going to be engaged and I can't wait."

It wasn't all good news over the weekend.
New Miners signing Daniel Joyce was carried off with a foot injury in the opening stages of the final.
Meanwhile Ballarat Rush fell one game short of the decider the in the women's A-Grade competition after losing to Melbourne University by 16 points.
Melbourne Uni went on to win the final.
