Shutting up shop indefinitely left Ms Corcoran seeking perspective from her cellar base in Buninyong, wondering where Saltbush Kitchen sits in the coronavirus fall-out and what she could do to make a positive difference.
Ms Corcoran said her products were unlikely to be a priority staple but people were always asking her for cooking tips. This was a time when Ms Corcoran had time to offer cooking lessons and work with friends in the industry for a video series via her business Facebook page.
Here's a taste of Bushfoods at Home below
"I find when things are a bit tough that connection to people and to food, to community and to culture is really key," Ms Corcoran said.
"This is about simple, easy and fun. It's also a bit of personal motivation, it helps completely distract me. I know a few businesses are finding it difficult to know what to do and we need to stay connected in some way."

Episodes include yo-yos with Sara Kittlety and cookies in Buninyong cafe Maggie and Kate. Ms Corcoran said a lot of places incorporate her bush foods, which customers might not always realise, but this was also a way to look at the story behind some of the places we eat and the people who cook for us.
As social distancing and business restrictions tighten in a bid to slow the pandemic in our community, Ms Corcoran said upcoming episodes would be recipes straight from her kitchen. Accustomed to teaching bushfood cooking classes at Ballarat Tech School, Ms Corcoran said videos were a chance to expose others to ancient, native produce.
"Food is quite interesting. We all want to know what others are sharing, how they're cooking and there's a lot of comfort in that," Ms Corcoran said.
"This is quite an emotional time but this is lovely, for now, to do and have a bit of fun with people in the industry."
