Workers will be on site from 8pm to 6am on April 15 and 16 to complete the Davies to Humffray Streets section.
As part of the works, the 97 angled car parking spaces will be changed to 76 parallel parking spaces.
A Regional Roads Victoria email stated the organisation will "continue to work with the City of Ballarat to find alternative parking areas in surrounding streets".

A new pedestrian-activated traffic light crossing is also being installed at Davies Street, to provide safer access between council's new Scott Parade car park and the CBD.
Roadwork speed limits will be in place during the works, which are expected to be completed by the end of April.
