Football Victoria has proposed the return date on the back of the recent easing of restrictions from the Victorian Government.
The restrictions now allow community sporting activities to have up to 20 people in undivided spaces.
For now however, it is only a target date and is subject to further advice from the federal and state chief health officers.
"Our current advice from the Victorian State Government is that these conditions may change again on June 22, as part of the ongoing assessment into restrictions on social gatherings in the state," Football Victoria chief executive Peter Filopoulos said
For community junior clubs, FV has proposed a target date of June 28, while for senior clubs the proposed target date is July 11.
Filopoulos said FV would review fees with a view to accommodate restrictions.
