Friends, colleagues and supporters queued up to 'let it go' on a frozen Leading Senior Constable Hudson, some taking their time, others taking his hat off as they poured buckets of ice water over him.

Leading Senior Constable raised $1200 for Phoenix College's Love Your Sister ice bucket fundraising challenge. He set the price at $100 per bucket, capped at 10, to take the plunge. Late pleas tipped his total to 10.
"Everyone of them hurt," Leading Constable Hudson said. He knew a little of what he could be in for, having been part of City of Ballarat's ice bucket challenge in 2014.
Leading Senior Constable said it still felt surreal going to Bunnings and buying the buckets and ice.
Love Your Sister is founded by former Daylesford siblings Samuel and Connie Johnson and raises support for breast cancer research.
