POLICE are investigating after petrol bombs were thrown at a property earlier this morning.

Two petrol bombs were thrown at a home in Daphne Street, Wendouree, about 9.30am.
The home is located just off Gillies Street, near the Stockland Wendouree Shopping Centre.
The petrol bombs appeared to be homemade, including one in a bottle of alcohol.
Both devices failed to ignite, according to police.
IN OTHER NEWS
Several police officers including crime scene services attended the home following the incident.
Masked Crime Scene Services officers could be seen packing evidence from the front of the property into brown paper bags.
Nobody was injured and no property was damaged as a result of the incident.
