Victoria cruised passed Ballarat, defeating the bottom-placed side 4-1 on Sunday.
Jonas Paar was stellar for Victoria, scoring three goals to lead his club to victory. It was the second hat-trick in as many games for Paar, who notched a triple in a round one win over Warrnambool.
He currently sits at the top of the goal-scoring leaderboard. Meanwhile the Sebastopol Vikings recorded a thumping 7-0 win over Victoria Park.
Vikings captain Jasper Chalmers scored four goals for his side. Daymon Anderson, Bradley Mudzikitiri and Ben Johnson hit the scoreboard as well.
The Vikings sit atop the ladder as one of three unbeaten teams.
Elsewhere Ballarat North United defeated the Warrnambool Rangers 1-0. Ballarat SC had a bye.
Round four of the competition will resume this weekend.
