Rule changes and ground availability is also on the agenda.
"This meeting is designed to help us have a solution to problems or ideas that may arise in our AGM on the 19/08/20," a statement on Facebook read.
On Tuesday, Ballarat Cricket Association president Rob Florence conceded the latest round of restrictions could mean a delayed start to its season.
As it stands, the BCA season is scheduled to get underway on October 3.
