Napoleon-Sebastopol will have eyes set on the future as it embarks on the first of a three-year plan in the upcoming Ballarat Cricket Association season.

Led by new head coach Dan Davies, the club will focus on the development of young talent within the club to achieve long term success. Naps-Sebas captain Dan Scott said it was an exciting time.
"Dan is a very knowledgeable cricketer and we are excited have him on board for a few years," he said.

Naps-Sebas welcomed three new faces during the off-season. Medium-paceman Dylan York has come over to Sebastopol from Brown Hill.
He will join fellow newcomers Nicholas Pantzidis and Seamus Dunne, who played for Elain last season.
Scott said all are good long term investments.
"Any time you're able to attract young kids with a bit of talent is good," he said.
"Our focus is around attracting young kids that want to come across and create a culture where they can develop together."
Meanwhile the club said goodbye to batsman Jonah Healy, who has taken his talents to North Ballarat. English imports Harry Peirson and Oliver Rogoff will likely not return either.
Like a number of BCA imports, the pair had to scramble home following the COVID-19 outbreak to beat border closures. Peirson had committed to the club for the 2019-20 season prior to the pandemic, while Rogoff expressed interest in returning.
"It would have been handy but it's not to be," Scott said.
"Depending on what happens, the possibility is there for Harry to come back but it will come down to timing and everything going on with the border."
