While sales agents Colliers International would not confirm the final price, saying they were bound by a strict confidentiality agreement, representatives did confirm the property has been sold after a number of months on the market.
It is believed the sale has been finalised with a Chinese company. The property was first listed for sale in August last year for a $50 million asking price.
The estate at 4662 Geelong-Ballan Road is home to the Yaloak Polo Club, as well as an 1890s homestead and over 5000 hectares of land.
The property has been owned by Mr Yunghanns for more than five decades.
