Redan senior netball coach Lisa James will not return for the 2021 Ballarat Football Netball League season.

James made the decision to step down from the position to spend more time with family. She will not coach at all in 2021.
James coached one full season at the club in 2019, leading the Lions to a tenth-placed finish.
James was set to coach the club for the 2020 BFNL season, however it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Prior to her appointment at Redan she spent two seasons at the Ballarat Swans.
