Samantha Lewin was sentenced at the online Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Friday to one month imprisonment but she has already served the time because she was remanded in September.
She will now be required to comply with a 15-month community corrections order which includes 80 hours of unpaid community work and treatment and rehabilitation for drug abuse and mental health.
Magistrate Ron Saines warned the young woman to not return to her lifestyle of partying and using drugs with her friends.
"Drug abuse has made a major contribution to your poor choices and mental health," Mr Saines said.
"I must send a clear message to you if you continue to offend, especially offending that endangers the public, often with breaches of bail, then imprisonment is a likely response for you."
Lewin pleaded guilty on Monday to 14 offences, which occurred from March to September at locations including Bacchus Marsh and Balliang.
On March 20, Lewin drove from Geelong to Bacchus Marsh after she smoked methamphetamine. At Bacchus Marsh, the then 21-year-old crashed when she veered onto the wrong side of the road after falling asleep or passing out.
Lewin was a learner driver and was driving without a supervising driver in an unregistered car. Police found cannabis and GHB in the car.
An oral fluid test showed Lewin had taken methamphetamine, which she admitted to police.
Two months later, police intercepted a car at Balliang in which Lewin was a passenger with her friends. She was found with zip lock deal bags containing methamphetamine.
Lewin was bailed on the Court Integrated Services Program to help her deal with her drug problem.
But she was again caught in a car which sped away from police and Lewin refused to nominate the person who was driving her car.
Lewin's offending stopped in September when she was arrested and placed in custody after she was found in possession of GHB and methamphetamine.
Defence barrister Roberta Page had said Lewin's life fell apart when she was 17-years-old and moved from Bacchus Marsh to Geelong to live with her boyfriend, who was using drugs and already involved in the criminal justice system.
Lewin began using ice, which started her criminal lifestyle.
The magistrate initially did not want Lewin released from prison on Friday, before the weekend, when she might go out partying with her friends.
But Ms Page said Lewin would be living with her mother at Bacchus Marsh while her friends lived at Geelong. She said Lewin had detoxed and her mother was a really good supporter.
Lewin's driver's licence was disqualified for two years and she will be the subject of random urine drug tests.
If she did not plead guilty, Mr Saines said Lewin would have received two months' imprisonment.
