The Irish-bred last-start group 1 Gold Cup runner-up at The Curragh goes around for new trainers Ciaron Maher and David Eustace.
Sir Dragonet has arrived in Australia with a fine record, having finished second in group and list company at his past four starts.
The five-year-old is Melbourne Cup bound.
The Caulfield/Ballarat stable of Maher and Eustace also has Grandslam engaged.
