It comes as the Bureau of Meteorology has forecast windy weather to continue in Ballarat on Monday, with winds tipped to be strongest in the morning.
In the past 24 hours, the SES has received 20 requests for assistance in the midwest region.
Of these requests, 18 were for fallen trees - including fallen trees blocking roads and causing traffic hazards.
The majority of these calls were in the Ballarat region (13) while the remainder were in the Hepburn Shire (5).
No suburb was immune to the strong winds, with calls right across the Ballarat area.

The Bureau has forecast windy weather to continue in Ballarat throughout the day.
While the temperate was just below 8 degrees at 8am, the 'feels like' temperature is -1.2.
With a high of 13 degrees, southeasterly winds of 35 to 50 km/h are forecast throughout the day.
