Tanya Kehoe (Mount Emu ward), Damian Ferrari (Beaufort) and Robert Vance (De Cameron) each returned unopposed for another term.
Vicotorian Electoral Commission declared the election result on Monday.
Pyrenees Shire chief executive officer Jim Nolan thanked all five councillors for their commitment to another four-year term on council.
Mr Nolan also thanked candidates Jo Dunlop (who ran against Ron Eason in Avoca) and Simon Tol (who ran against David Clark in Ercildoune) for "their willingness to stand up for their communities".

There are 1433 voters enrolled in Avoca ward with a 1200 voter turnout and 3.5 per cent informal vote rate, according to the VEC. Eason was re-elected with a 60.28 per cent first preference vote.
Voting was tighter in Ercildoune ward where Clark had 55.22 per cent of first preference votes. Ercildoune ward has 1369 enrolled voters with an 1145 voter turnout for council elections but one-third were deemed informal votes.
Councillors will take the oath of office next Tuesday at which time they will also elect a mayor. Tanya Kehoe is the immediate past Pyrenees mayor.
The meeting will be live-streamed on YouTube due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Meanwhile, City of Ballarat residents continue to wait on a count likely to bring new faces to the chambers.
The Courier understands counting was paused on Monday to sort votes. Counting will resume on Wednesday, after the Melbourne Cup public holiday.
City of Ballarat has three wards contested - north, south and central - with three councillors to be elected from each ward.
Council election results are also pending for Moorabool, Golden Plains and Hepburn shires.
