Ballarat-Redan recruit Jack Riding will farewell the Ballarat Cricket Association following his club's one day clash with Golden Point.

Riding will open the batting on Saturday before returning to Geelong in the Victoria premier ranks next week. The Two Swords will face the Pointies without the services of Billy Jones, who is unavailable.

Sam Hope, who took five wickets last week, or Daniel Bone will likely get the nod to come in.
Club president Paul Aikman said it would be another tough game for the club, which has lost its last three matches.
"We've got to be a bit more consistent and not make errors at critical times," he said.
Meanwhile Golden Point will be without James Lewis. He will be replaced by Jack Bambury, who will enter in the middle order.
Elsewhere Wendouree will enter its match unchanged when its takes on Brown Hill in a one day clash at Wendouree Turf.
The Red Caps will be out to secure its first winning streak of the season after knocking over Napoleons-Sebastopol last week.
"In one day cricket anyone can win and they've got dangerous bats who can get going," Wendouree captain Ryan Simmonds said.
Brown Hill will also enter the contest unchanged from last week.
