United will face Wellington Phoenix at Mars Stadium in a mid-week night game on Tuesday, January 12, and Brisbane Roar at Mars Stadium in a twilight timeslot on Saturday, May 22.
The summer night encounter is scheduled for 7pm, while the second game is set for 5pm.
The clash with Wellington will be United's fourth match of the season, which kicks off on Sunday, December 27.
The match-up with Brisbane will be the Melbourne-based side's second last home and away outing in the 26-round season.
Western United announced on Friday that it would playing in Ballarat twice in the upcoming season.
United chief execuitive officer Chris Pehlivanis said the roadshow approach - six home games in Melbourne, four in Geelong, two in Ballarat and one to be confirmed - was the best way the club could take live football back to as many supporters from across the west.
"We're the club for the west, and we're committed to showcasing our home matches to people from all over the west," he said.
"With the COVID-19 restrictions still in place and likely to continue through 2021, the health and safety of players, staff and fans is the undeniable number one priority.
"The best way we can have the most fans together safely enjoying live football is to play at the safest and most professional stadiums possible," Pehlivanis said.
