The clinic will shift from Monday, December 21 onwards and will remain open every day except Christmas Day.
It will be established at 15 Errard Street North, in central Ballarat, between Sturt and Mair streets.
There is disabled parking available onsite and on-street parking available in Errard Street.

Current operating hours of 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on weekends will continue.
While the clinic will be closed on Christmas Day, it will otherwise open as normal throughout the Christmas and new year period.

Essential workers*, can be given priority and are urged to call to book an appointment rather than booking online.
Turnaround time for test results from pathology is currently one to two days.
Despite no signs of the virus in Ballarat for more than 100 days, there have still been 1553 tests conducted in the last two weeks.
- Essential workers include healthcare and aged care workers (encompasses all those working in health care and aged care settings as well as medical staff), workers in childcare, education, schools, aged care, disability, police, paramedics and fire fighters.
