Lee eased off the pace on the Emma Stewart-trained Somewhere Secret ($6.50) in the second phase of the dash after finding the lead.
The Terang reinsman then stepped on the gas to run the last 800m in 54.7 seconds to give short-priced favourite Wolf Stride ($1.20) no chance of running him down from back in the small field of five.
Somewhere Secret finished 2.4m clear of Somebeachshadow ($12), with Wolf Stride third.
His mile rate of 1:53.9 was 3.2 seconds outside The Storm Inside's track record.
Stewart's Cardigan stable has now three Sokyola Sprints in a row, after Shadow Sax in 2018 and Phoenix Prince last year, and four in five years.
The sprint gave Lee a winning double for the night.
