In their first races of the year as preparation for next month's Ballarat head of the lake begins to hot up, they comfortably captured the school coxed four open division one events.
Ballarat Clarendon's Charlotte Sutherland, Ingrid Ellis, Ellie McClure, Ruby Lovel and cox Holli Williams finished 22.5 seconds ahead of another BCC crew, with Ballarat High School a distant third.
A St Pat's crew of Tom Foley, Jake Polkinghorne, Austin Reinehr, Angus Murnane and cox Edward Peucker were equally dominant.
They had 15.87 seconds breathings space over Ballarat Clarendon College. A second St Pat's boat was third in sometimes testing windy conditions.
