"(St Patrick's) have got the form at the moment, certainly Grammar is always very strong in their program as well.
"(Training during COVID) was pretty horrible really, I think it was for everyone.
"We just made the best of what we could and used the equipment we had and tried to make the best out of what we had."

"(Our preparation) has been pretty good, bit here and there because of COVID but pretty good overall. It would be huge (to win Head of the Lake), the amount of effort we've put in it's insane, it would mean a lot."

FIRST CREW COACH NICKI PLUCINSKI SAYS: "I'm really excited, the girls have been training really hard and we've been having a bit of success this year.
"It's my first year as firsts coach so I'm really excited to see what we can do.
"We've been winning so far, but the other schools are starting to come up on us so it's not like we're miles ahead, it's going to be a really close race.
"Grammar managed to pip us in one race on the weekend so they'll be hard competition and Loreto are always really, really strong competition so I think they'll be the two that we're really looking at.
"It's always huge for any crew to win Boat Race, our school hasn't done it for about five years so it'd be a big thing."
