It is the first time Victoria has had no active cases since December 10.
The state also recorded no new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours.

The latest data means it is now 25 days without a locally-acquired CXOVID-19 cases and 15 days since the last hotel quarantine case.
In the past 24 hours 13,549 test results were received in Victoria.
The return to zero active cases comes as many Ballarat people facing a long wait for the COVID vaccine, despite phase 1b officially beginning yesterday.
