Poppy Douglas (North Ballarat), Indya Forde (Ballarat) and Charlotte Todd (Lake Wendouree) have been selected in the under-19 age group.
35 players have been picked in the under-17 squad and 32 have been picked in the under-19 group.
The two squads will train in the upcoming weeks until the final team is announced on Monday April 26. If selected, the girls will participate in the National Netball Championships in June.
Ballarat Football Netball League Netball Manager Gemma Murphy said it's great to see the league represented so well especially after a COVID-19 affected 2020 season.
"It's amazing, we're absolutely thrilled, we're 100 per cent behind them, really just can't wait to see them in action and wishing them all the best," she said.
"It's so good to see them all back out there after having 12 months off and still playing such a high level of sport."
Jo Dash from the Ballarat Netball Association (BNA) said it's not every year that seven girls from one region are selected in the initial squad, so it highlights the strength of the talent in the central highlands region.
"It is unusual to have that many in one year, but it perhaps says a lot about how much netball is treasured in this part of Victoria," she said.
"As the regional representative having all those seven girls in is wonderful for our region so that people in Victoria know that this region has girls of this caliber."
Maggie Caris, who attended Ballarat Grammar School as a boarder has also been selected in the under-19 squad, but she will be representing the Horsham City Netball Association.
