Teammate Alicia Froling said Rinaldi's supreme influence around the club could not be questioned.
"300 game, wow, that's a lot," Froling said. "She's a great person, a great player, a great teammates, so we're all going to celebrate her and that milestone. That's huge.
"Kristy is super competitive and she just wants to win and she instills that in all of us. Of course we'll be playing for her.
"Every game we play to win and that's what she wants us to do, so we'll be doing everything we can do that for this Saturday."
Froling said having such an experienced campaigner was critical for younger teammates.
"She has a lot of experience, she's done a lot of things," she said.
"She's a great leader and lets us know if we are not doing things the right way, but mostly she just encourages the young ones to build their confidence. She's just awesome."
